    Begin the year with intention, clarity, and gentle ease. Slow Sunday – New Year Edition is a mini retreat designed to help you step into 2026 feeling grounded, connected, and supported from within.

    This nurturing day will open with thought-provoking meditation, inviting you to reflect, release, and make space for what truly matters. You’ll then move through mindful yoga practices to awaken the body, soften tension, and guide you home to yourself after the fullness of the festive season.

    Midday, enjoy a beautiful healthy lunch and light refreshments—an opportunity to pause, nourish, and simply be.

    We’ll close the retreat with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, followed by gentle intention setting to anchor your energy and hopes for the year ahead.
